Blossom Bar Houston Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available up to seven days before the scheduled event.

Requests made within seven days of the event are not eligible for a refund because floral orders, materials, staffing, and event preparation have already been finalized.

Cancellations Within Seven Days

Any cancellations that occur within seven days of the event date are final and non-refundable.

Credits are not issued for cancellations made within this period.

Late Arrivals and No-Shows

To maintain the quality and flow of the Blossom Bar Houston experience, guests are expected to arrive on time.

The following situations are considered no-shows:

• Guests who do not attend their scheduled event

• Guests who arrive more than 30 minutes late

• Guests who leave early and are unable to complete the workshop

No refunds, credits, transfers, or rescheduling will be issued for no-shows.

Ticket Transfers

If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another guest at no additional cost.

You must notify Blossom Bar Houston before the event begins so the reservation can be updated.

Event Cancellation or Rescheduling by Blossom Bar Houston

If Blossom Bar Houston cancels or reschedules an event, guests may choose one of the following options:

• A full refund

• Transfer to another event

• Credit toward a future workshop
