Karla has always been drawn to the beauty of flowers and the emotion that they invoke. With the background and funeral service, she has witnessed first-hand how flowers tell stories, bring comfort, and express emotion beyond words. Creativity has always been her way to decompress and reconnect whether through floor design, art or hands on crafts. What began as a personal creative outlet evolved into Blossom Bar Houston a space where others can experience the therapeutic powers of creativity through immersive hands-on experiences.
At Blossom Bar Houston, we’ve reimagined a traditional floral workshop with a fun, interactive twist-one that blends creativity, connection, and a touch of sophistication.
Instead of simply selecting a vase, guests step up to our bar and place an order-but not one for a cocktail. Our custom bar menu features vases named after popular cocktails, adding a personalized touch to the experience.
Once they “order,” they’ll receive their beautifully designed custom vase, which serves as a vessel for their floral arrangement.
From there, the guided workshop begins, where guests learn about different types of flowers, floral care, and design techniques—all in an elegant, immersive setting.
